our summer "vacation"

so i (tabitha) finally got a job in juneau! i will be working for a local bed and breakfast as an on-call massage therapist for their guests as well as having the ability to use their massage site for my own personal clientel. huzzah. it feels good to know that i am capable of moving to a new town and getting myself a professional job.

and also? we live on the side of a mountain . . . and jon's job involves swinging from the trees and lifting heavy floridians all day long . . . so i'm pretty sure we'll be a bit more fit when all is said and done. esp since we don't have a car and my workplace is over a mile away. that will be a nice walk!
