today

today jon got to go dog sledding on a glacier.

i worked 9 hours and 45 minutes.

then we watched "persepolis."

that movie rocks.


now he and dylan and abby are watching "Poltergeist". . . it am too scared to watch it with them. "ernest scared stupid" scared me. seriously.


but i can hear all the sounds from the movie. yuck.

This one (above) is deborah and i at the 3rd of july celebration. the weather was actually sort of nice enough that we could hang out on her porch. though it did sprinkle and we all got pretty wet during the actual fireworks.
here is a picture of a few of the peeps we work with at the canopy adventures. we were walking home from a company bbq and passed this garage sale with a free box. we couldn't resist.

this is the 10 lb halibut that jon caught. i know there is a better picture of it somewhere . . . does anyone know where i can find it????
